Expect 15–30 minutes per day. That's enough to watch videos, do exercises and record your reflections in the workbook. You set the pace – many people use the exercises several times a week to integrate them into their everyday lives in the long term.

You will receive lifelong access to all content. This means that you can repeat the exercises as often as you like, reorient yourself and refer back to your workbook and videos even years later.
